We support our clients conducting their own due diligence in various ways.

We help our clients define their own risk methodology and scoring rules or provide them with our own version. Our software clients also have the option to purchase our due diligence questionnaires for their own usage.

Additionally, we are contracted to assist our clients ad-hoc in due diligence related matters. Be it how to interpret specific findings, conduct additional forensic research, or to provide additional research capacity for large projects such as a timely ramping-up of a portfolio of funds. We also support our clients in mitigating issues found and negotiating side letters.

Finally, we also facilitate internal trainings or educational workshops.

We regularly organize educational workshops targeted at decision makers at pension funds and family offices. The goal is to train the participants to pro-actively challenge investment fund managers on their arguments during manager visits or conference calls by providing an in-depth view into how due diligence can be conducted. Rather than be exposed to speeches and lectures, the participants are given specific examples as encountered by SwissAnalytics working out how they could deal with such situations in group discussions.

Please note that the events may be held in German or English.
