This policy applies to all personal information collected by SwissAnalytics AG (“SwissAnalyytics”) from the swissanalytics.com site (the “Site”) or any other social media platform in connection with its services. This policy is subject to the laws of Switzerland on the matter as well as any other applicable legal provisions and regulations.
SwissAnalytics respects your right to protect your personal information and undertakes to protect them and use them only for the purposes for which they were collected. The objective of this policy is to inform you about our privacy practices, notably by giving you information on why we collect personal information, as well as how they are used and stored.
How and Why Personal Information is Collected
SwissAnalytics may collect some of your personal information when you sign up for our newsletter and when you communicate with us through the “Contact” section. The information is mainly your name, email address, company name, phone number, as well as any additional information you may wish to include in the message.

SwissAnalytics stores personal information for a reasonable period of time, either to achieve its objectives or to comply with the law, whichever time frame is longer. Once the objectives have been reached and your personal information is no longer useful or if you ask us to delete this information, we ensure that it remains anonymous or we destroy it in a way that ensures its protection against unauthorized access or communication.
SwissAnalytics may share your personal information with its affiliate Entreprise Castle Hall Alternatives Inc. (“Castle Hall”) located in Montreal, Canada as SwissAnalytics has been integrated into Castle Hall where Castle Hall serves as the main contracting entity for services rendered by SwissAnalytics or Castle Hall.
We never disclose your personal information to any third party outside of SwissAnalytics or its affiliate Castle Hall without your consent, with the exception of the following:
- our services providers, organizations or individuals, whose services have been retained to carry out certain duties on our behalf (e.g. database management, newsletter management and transmission). SwissAnalytics and Castle Hall take the necessary measures, by contract or any other mean, to ensure that these third-party goods and services providers process your personal information for the purposes for which they were collected and that these suppliers protect your personal information to the same extent that SwissAnalytics and Castle Hall protect the personal information in their possession;
- any entity resulting from a merger or change of control of SwissAnalytics or Castle Hall, in whole or in part, only if the parties have signed an agreement stipulating that the collection, use and communication of information is limited to the objectives of the commercial transaction; and
- any public authority, if required by law.
We do not share your personal information with a promotional partner unless you authorized us to communicate your personal information in such a fashion.
Personal Information Concerning Minors
Information on our Site is not intended for minors. SwissAnalytics does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Data is stored on servers located in Zurich, Montreal (Canada), Germany as well as in the United States and equipped with the appropriate security systems to protect it against access from unauthorized persons and misuse. This information is only made available to persons (employees or mandatories) who need access to this information to carry out their responsibilities.
Our SwissAnalytics newsletter is provided to you through phpList. Our subscriber list is stored on our own secure server in Zurich. Only authorized employees have access to view our subscribers list.
Although SwissAnalytics and Castle Hall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to your personal information or the content of your private communications, the Internet is not a secure place neither SwissAnalytics nor Castle Hall may be held liable for any communicated personal information that may be intercepted by malicious third parties.
